Customer support over the Christmas period

ZenOffice MPS will close for the festive period on Friday 21st December and reopen on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

To make sure that your print infrastructure stays up and running whilst we’re closed, we recommend you check your consumable levels and place an order before 20th December for any items which may run out over the festive period.

If you need to, you can still place orders for consumables or request support from an engineer directly from Xerox. Xerox services will be closed on 25th and 26th December 2018 and 1st January 2019.

Managed devices

If you have a managed print services contract with us, contact The Xerox Global Delivery Centre on 0370 850 7832 to place orders manually. Or alternatively, you can request engineer support and order consumables via the Fleet Management Portal.

Unmanaged devices

If your Xerox devices are unmanaged, contact The Xerox Welcome & Support Centre on 0370 900 5501 to place consumable orders or request engineer support.
