How to access engineer support and order consumables over the festive period

ZenOffice Managed Print Services will close for the festive period on Friday 22nd December at 2pm, and reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.

To make sure that your print infrastructure stays up and running whilst we’re closed, we recommend you check your consumable levels and place an order before 21st December for any items which may run out over the festive period.

If you need to, you can still place orders for consumables or request support from an engineer directly from Xerox. Xerox services will operate on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 27th December – Friday 29th December
  • Tuesday 2nd January 2018 onwards

Managed devices
If your Xerox devices are managed by ourselves, contact The Xerox Global Delivery Centre on 0370 850 7832 to place orders manually. Or alternatively you can request engineer support and order consumables via the Fleet Management Portal.

Unmanaged devices
If your Xerox devices are unmanaged, contact The Xerox Welcome & Support Centre on 0370 900 5501 to place consumable orders or request engineer support.
